What do I get by moving from Pencil to Fountain?

The finishing touches. Letterheads in Classic, Monogram and Modern with four inks, drying time up to 30 seconds, 100 GB instead of 10, and your own domain, so you can write as elena@bianchi.studio with the same signature and seal.

How does yearly billing work?

You pay for ten months and write for twelve. Fountain is $40 a year ($3.33 a month) and Press is $60 per person a year ($5 a month). Cancel a yearly plan within 14 days and we refund it in full.

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Any time, from Settings → Plan. Upgrades apply straight away and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period, so you keep what you’ve paid for until then.

Question 4

What happens to my letterhead if I go back to Pencil?

It’s kept safely in your settings, ready for the day you return. New messages go out with your signature and seal only. Nothing you’ve sent changes, and nothing in your mailbox is deleted.

Question 5

What makes a Press seal “verified”?

Accepted Answer

On Press, your studio’s domain is confirmed once by an admin, and every colleague’s messages carry the same team seal. Clients see one consistent, verified sender, and anyone trying to pass as your studio from another address arrives without it.

Question 6

Do prices include VAT?

Accepted Answer

Prices are shown in US dollars before tax. Where the law requires it, VAT or sales tax is added at checkout and listed on your invoice. EU businesses can add a VAT number in Settings → Plan for reverse charge.

Question 7

How can I pay?

Accepted Answer

Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices. Payments go through our payment processor, so Pennapost never sees or stores your full card number.
